Open record · sealed daily · revealed T+7

The open structural record.

Every trading day at 22:45 UTC, QEIv18 commits the structural state of each covered instrument — INVESTED or HEDGED — to a tamper-evident SHA-256 chain. Seven days later, that state is revealed here, unedited. It is the same state clients saw live. Free, no account, no sign-up. Watch the record before you trust it.

The sealed record is committed every trading day. Each day's states appear here exactly one week after clients received them live — nothing added, nothing removed.

How to read the record

Two states. No forecasts. No probabilities.

INVESTED

Market structure is holding. The engine detects no structural break — exposure is maintained.

HEDGED

Structure broke. The engine flagged a regime break and moved defensive — the state a risk desk wants to know the day it happens.

SEALED

Each day's states are hashed into a growing SHA-256 chain before anyone sees them. A revealed state cannot have been edited after the fact — the chain would break.

Why this record can be trusted

Deterministic. Not another probabilistic AI.

QEIv18 is not machine learning. Nothing is trained, nothing is re-fit, nothing drifts. The engine applies fixed physics-derived rules — the same thresholds, set from statistical defaults and never tuned to market data, on every instrument, every day. The same inputs always produce the same state. That is why the record can be sealed: there is nothing to quietly retrain when it's wrong.

Fixed rules, sealed codeThe engine is hash-sealed. The rules that produce tomorrow's state are the same rules that produced last year's.
Committed before revealedStates enter the SHA-256 chain at 22:45 UTC daily — a week before they appear here.
Misses shown, not hiddenThe evidence page shows every year the engine underperformed, in red. Judge the record whole.

Clients see these states live.

The open record runs a week behind. Subscribers receive each day's structural state the evening it is sealed — with the full certified evidence, per-instrument history, and the audit chain.
